While in New Orleans you must see Mardi Gras, must walk around the French Quarter until your feet fall off and you MUST drink a daiquiri and/or a hurricane. Eat all the crawfish, gumbo, poboys and jambalaya you can stuff in your face. The Haunted History tour is wonderful as is the Garden District walking tour.  For great steaks, check out Port Of Call on Esplanade Ave.

Jamaica
Ocho Rios - The Sunset Jamaica Grande is an amazing place to stay.  The people are very friendly and the shopping is great! You must have jerked chicken. Beware of the rum, it shames ours.
